Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SleepLog mobile application operated by GymStreak Labs ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

SleepLog is a personal sleep tracking tool designed to help you monitor and improve your sleep habits. You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Not a Medical Device

SleepLog is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The sleep quality scores, insights, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational and wellness purposes only.

Do not rely on SleepLog as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Microphone Permission

By granting microphone access, you acknowledge that SleepLog will use your device's microphone during active sleep tracking sessions to detect sounds. All audio processing occurs locally on your device. You can revoke microphone access at any time via your device's Settings.

4. Your Data

All sleep data generated by your use of the App is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. We have no access to it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and sound generation algorithms — are owned by GymStreak Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App to build a competing product or service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymStreak Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
